Due to the personal nature of our hair and beard care products, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@valorherbco.com and we will work to make it right.

Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
